Acceptance of these terms

By using us.sitefyd.com or engaging Sitefyd US for design, development, or maintenance work, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Services we provide

Sitefyd US provides website design, development, e-commerce builds, redesigns, SEO work, and ongoing website care for US businesses. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the written proposal or the package description you purchase, not in general marketing copy on this site.

Pricing and payment

Package prices published on this site are starting prices for the scope described. Custom work is quoted individually. Payments are processed through PayPal. Fixed-price projects use milestone payments, typically a deposit to start and the balance before launch. Monthly care and retainer plans bill in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Client responsibilities

You agree to supply content, brand assets, access credentials, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Timelines quoted, including the 4-week Starter launch, assume feedback within two business days at each milestone. Delays on your side move the launch date accordingly.

You confirm you own or have permission to use every logo, image, and text you supply to us.

Revisions and approval

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests beyond that scope, or new features introduced after design approval, are quoted separately before any work begins. Nothing is billed without your written go-ahead.

Ownership and licensing

On final payment, you own the design, content, and code produced specifically for your project, along with the domain and hosting accounts in your name. Third party themes, plugins, fonts, and stock assets remain under their own licences, which transfer to you where the licence allows.

We may display your project in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

Warranties and support

Every launch includes a 30 day window in which we fix defects in our work at no charge. This does not cover new features, third party service outages, or issues caused by changes made by you or another vendor. Care plans extend support beyond that window.

Refunds and cancellation

If you cancel before design work begins, the deposit is refunded in full minus any payment processing fees. Once design work has started, deposits cover work already completed and are non-refundable. Monthly plans are cancellable at any time and stop at the end of the paid period.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Acceptable use of this website

You may read, share, and reference content on us.sitefyd.com. You may not scrape it at volume, republish it as your own, or use it to train commercial models without permission. Comparison pages reflect our honest opinion based on publicly available information at the time of writing.
