Who we are

Sitefyd US is a United States web design studio operating at us.sitefyd.com. We design, build, and maintain websites for small businesses across all 50 states. This policy explains what information we collect when you browse the site, request a quote, or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, budget range, and project details when you submit the quote form, contact form, or checkout.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and browser. This is gathered through Google Analytics 4 in aggregate form.

Payment information: card and account details are handled entirely by PayPal. We never see, store, or process your full payment credentials on our servers.

How we use your information

To reply to quote requests and prepare proposals.

To deliver, support, and maintain websites you have purchased.

To send project updates and, where you have opted in, occasional articles about web design and small business marketing.

To understand which pages and services are useful so we can improve the site.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

We do not share your project details with other agencies or vendors without your written permission.

We do not use your business data to train third party models.

Third party services

Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement. PayPal for payment processing. Tawk.to for live chat, which stores chat transcripts on its own infrastructure. Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and live chat. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not prevent you from browsing the site or requesting a quote.

Data retention

Quote enquiries are kept for 24 months so we can pick up conversations that restart later. Client project records and invoices are kept for seven years to meet US accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@us.sitefyd.com and we will respond within 30 days. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, at no cost.

Children

This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
